Commercial Funding

The Reality

It is fair to say that the vast majority of government based grants and incentives are aimed at the domestic market, homeowners, tenants and landlords. It is also fair to say that these incentives are geared towards upgrading heating systems and have moved away from the good old days of Solar PV and Feed in Tariffs.

The reality is that any such investment for a business is likely to be significant. As the government is not currently prepared to help, the question is how best to cover this investment?

The Benefits

However it is also abundantly clear that there are massive benefits to be gained by businesses by installing Solar PV arrays to reduce dependence on third parties, reduce the amount of power purchased from the grid, future proofing your building and obviously doing your bit for the environment.

The benefits to businesses comes through investment, this investment needs to be undertaken efficiently and in the least disruptive way possible.

The Advice

Wright Renewable Heating Ltd fully appreciate the situation faced by those businesses within the commercial sectors. It’s at this point however that we need to stop talking. We are not financial advisors and to go any further would be in serious breach of our scope and expertise.

This being said there are people out there that can help advise on the best possible way to fund such an investment or potential tax breaks that could be enjoyed.

Independent Financial Advice

Contact your own IFA to explore your options. It may also be worth approaching your local Chamber of Commerce for advice and guidance on available grants or member businesses that may be able to help.
